Order Processing: Orders are proccessed after paymment confirmation.

Payment Method: All payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods.

•  Cancellation Policy

Customized Orders: Customized or Personalized products are final and non-cancellable, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, as production begin immediately

Non-Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for non-customized products are accepted only before the order is shipped.

•  Shipping Policy

We ship across India only.

Order Processing Time: Orders are printed and processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Time: 5 to 10 business days.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery issues caused incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

•  Returns and Refunds

Returns: Returns are accepted onily in cases damaged, defective, or incorrect products, supported by a clear and continuous unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds: Refund are processed strictly as per our Refund and Refund Policy. A replacement will be provided first whenever applicable.
