- Important: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and report to us immediately. Accepting a damaged package may void your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Customized and personalized products policy
Customized and personalized products are considered final. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, production begins immediately upon order placement; therefore, these items are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
We strongly advise customers to perform a final review of all customization details, size and order information carefully before completing the purchase.
We offer refunds for customers who recieve products that are damaged or mismatched, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Customers must submit a verifiable, unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the product’s condition and highlight any damage or discrepancies.

Refund Process:
- Our support team will review the submitted unboxing video to verify the reported issue.
- If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacements :
Additionally, We offer the option replacement for damaged or mismatched products. The procedure for requesting a replacement is the same as outlined above.
Condition for Refund or Replacement
- An unboxing video is mandatory for refund and replacement claims.
- All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- We cannot consider claims submitted without an unboxing video.
