Customized Orders

Since custom posters are personalized and printed specifically for you, these orders are final and non-cancellable.

• Once an order for a customized product is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded, as the production process begins immediately.
• We strongly advise customers to review all customization details (image quality, size) carefully before completing the purchase.

Non-Customized Orders

For standard (non-personalized) products, cancellation requests are only accepted before the order is shipped.

• If the order has already been handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
• In such cases, our Refund and Return Policy will apply once you receive the package.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

if your cancellation request is approved:

• The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
